Calum Frame is a 24 year old singer-songwriter from Strathaven, Scotland who is starting to make his mark on the music scene. Calum has been writing and playing live music since he was 16 and already played some fantastic support slots with The Proclaimers and Marianne Faithful.
Calum’s music is a playful indie pop/rock vibe where Calum takes lead vocals and guitar with the support of his band bringing his songs to life where you can hear his influences of Oasis, Tom Petty & Paolo Nutini. His unique tone and captivating performances always leave audiences with a night to remember.
Calum has played various festivals over the years as well as working the music circuit in Glasgow and across Scotland sharing the stage with some of Scotland’s other top emerging artists such as Gerry Cinnamon, Lewis Capaldi and Kyle Falconer.
The last couple of years have involved numerous festival slots including TRNSMT, T in the Park, King Tut’s Summer Nights, Wickerman, Party at the Palace, Butefest and Gig in the Goil.
In 2017 Calum released his first single ‘Til the Record Stops via Electric Honey music label and also supported Newton Faulkner on his Scottish leg of his tour.
In 2019 Calum has completed a run of acoustic shows in Scotland and is gearing up for a full band headline show at King Tut’s in April. He has also released two new singles ‘Lover of Dreams’ and ‘Not On My Watch’ after recording them last year at Gorbals Sounds Studio with producer Geoff Dugmore.
